GPC and contact lenses are like peanut but and jelly in a sandwich. They go together. You stand a better chance of improving of you do not use your contact lenses, and of course you should be compliant with your ophthalmologist's prescription and instructions.

If you know FOR SURE that you did not previously have reactions to your make, up, I guess it would be ok to use them, but of it would still be best not to, but for some women, make-up is an occupational hazard.
