I'm afraid there is very unlikely to be any effective treatment for a lazy eye, amblyopia, at your age. Most older text-books put the limit for effective therapy at 12 years of age, but more modern ones tend to be even more cautious. Do not go for surgery, it will do nothing for your vision. It would require at least three months of wearing an eye patch over your good eye for most of your waking hours even to make the attempt. This is seriously not recommended.
That's the bad news.
Now. I was very surprised when you said you would not be allowed to drive with only one good eye. This is most unusual for an ordinary driving licence, though vision in two eyes is required in most countries for higher grade licences for driving heavy goods vehicles, buses and coaches.
Looking on the www. for information on driving in India, (I'm in the UK and need English-language sites)
I came to: (URL1) Look at question 4!
It may be that while you could not pass the simple screening test, all you need is a note from an optometrist!
And here (URL2)
There is no suggestion that monocular vision stops people driving in India, although it carefully records that some countries do require a higher standard for one-eyed drivers.
Best wishes,
UK Optometrist.
