Default I have a severe astigmatism. Should I take a "eye" supplement or something to keep

it from getting any worse? I am pretty nearsighted too! I ordered some pinhole glasses to try. I don't have enough cornea for Laser surgery and I don't want to be blind by the time I'm 40! Any ideas would be appreciated.
This is what my script says:
725-325x178
700-375x180
My astigmatism has always been pretty bad. My nearsightedness, i guess, is what really seems to get a little worse every few years. I'm 28 years old.

Astigmatism is related to the shape of the cornea. It is an inherited trait. The shape of your nose is the way it is because you have inherited that structure. Your ears look like they do because you have inherited that structure. Taking a vitamin will not change the shape of your nose, nor your ears, nor your corneas. The only proven way of permanently changing the shape of your cornea is with laser vision correction.
