Have you herd of Boinic Retina implants? Well my friend has been trying to get some contacts to be put on a list for surgury for this implant. Aparently boinic implants have been researched since 1995 and there has been testing on over 200 people. He wants to get this surgury because it can give him a glimmer hope to see better/again.
