Default is there anything i can do about my retinitis pigmentosa?

im 16 years old and i was born with retintis pigmentosa. the disease gives my left eye an inward crossed look. i can see perfectly fine out of my right eye, but when i close my right eye i can only see things as if i were looking at them with my peripheral vision. is there a way to treat the disease besides dosage of vitamin A? and is there a way to fix the crossed look?

i can see perfectly fine even without glasses with both eyes open. so im more concerned about the strabismus part
