ok, so my little bro went to the doc today and found out he has pink eye in both eyes...my question is how long does it take for symptoms to appear?? i had my son over there yesterday and now his RT eye is droopy, a lil red, and he had a greenish goop i had to get off his lashes.

does this sound like pink eye and should i make him a doc appt? (he is 26 months by the way)

Yes, this sounds like pink eye (conjunctivitis). It is highly contagious and usually you will have symptoms within 24 hours if you caught it. Main way it is transmitted is by touching something infected to the eye.....so if lil bro touched a toy with a contaminated hand and then your son touched the toy, then his face, that would be how he got it.....thats only an example. WASH YOUR HANDS..........or you will have it too.
