Absolutely. Some dogs can get very irritated by Pink Eye, and will rub their eyes – either with their paws or against furniture or human legs – yuck! And it's highly contagious so you should get it treated before all that rubbing spreads the pink eye to the other eye. They have products, like drops like Easy Eye, but since yours is a pup, I'd suggest taking it to the vet, just in case. Good luck!

Yes they can, so can cats. Take your dog to the vet to get the right medication. It should clear up soon. One of my cats had that and it went away with the drops I was given.
