pink eye or makeup irritation?

last night i used mascara that was old, and after i washed my face, the corner of my eye was pinkish/reddish, it looks really veiny. anyways, it doesnt itch, water, hurt or have any kind of gooey stuff coming out of it, but its still red and veiny today.

pink eye...or just a makeup irritation?
