I woke up yesterday morning with my right side of my face against the pillow, i started to get up, blinking, wheni felt moisture around my eyes. I went to the mirror to check it out, and there was eye mucous on, & around my eye lashes, and a thin layer inmy eyes (i can feel it). I thought it was from naybe, my face was against the pillow, and my eyelid was open during the night, and my eye produced the mucous to keep it from drying out. Not sure. Then after washing it out, it began to turn red pink, deeper color at the ends, I only had some dry eye relief medicine in so i am occosionally using that, can anyone explain to me what i might have, through my symptoms, and how to treat it?

It sounds like conjunctivitis (pink eye). You need to use meds. specified for it.
