Is it mandatory to get eye drops or some other prescription for pink eye to clear up?? Or if you can deal with the symptoms will it just clear on its own?

Sorry you need medication. It is highly contagious so make sure your washing hands.

Well usually you do need antibiotic ointment, or pills, if not taken care of it can spread to your other eye, plus it's highly contageuos, so go get it taken care of so you don't infect someone else.

u need 2 go 2 the docs to get medication 4 ur eye, n shud clear up in bout 5 days, its highly infectious so keep towels, pillows, clothin seperate, wash ur hand if u touch ur eyes, mouth or nose! chuck any make up that cud be contagious n dnt wear any.
