your eyes will just water and it will end up basically draining out.

nothing really, but depending on the brand it could sting alittle and your eye will water. thats about it

you wipe it off with a tissue.

you could get an infection if...

1.the mascara is more than 6 months old
2. you share it with other people (eww)
3. you leave the mascara open then put the wand back in.

just wash it out with water... it could become infected, but don't be worried it wouldn't be very bad if it did.

Nothing bad, unless you've been sharing your makeup with someone with pink eye! Just wet a q-tip and GENTLY wipe it out.
