My 1 y/o boxer's eyes have been weepy the last few days. The discharge ranges from clear to greenish-yellow. He does have a food allergy.

Any ideas?

take him to the vet
my dog had greenish discharge from the eye and turns out he bumped it or something. vet gave me eye cream stuff for it
otherwise wipe with a tissue wet with warm salty water a couple times a day to clean it

is it thick? and if you look at the white parts of the eye is it red? if so, then probably. my dog got it. it seriously looked like snot was coming out of her eye. just go to the vet, they will put some drops in to make sure the eye isnt scratched (and it will make your dog look like it has neon eyes) and if its just pinkeye then they will give you an ointment to put in the eye, you'll have to put 1/4" strip of the stuff in the eye 2 times a day and your dog will have a really greasey looking eye, but it only takes like 10 days of treatment. and looks better in a few days.
