insurance so a doctor would be a last resort. my mom
says a warm washcloth, but wouldnt the infection stay on
the washcloth and just effect it worse? i also seen someone

he needs to take antibiotic drops and if the infection has spread around his eye he needs to take oral antibiotics. Most pink eye infections are bacterial so you need the antibiotic. So he needs to see a doctor. Sorry.
To relieve the pain and redness black tea is also good. Just put soaked tea bags on his eyes. This treatment is commonly used in Europe.
