...this mean i have pink eye? yesterday my right eye was not really red but a little glassy nothing big and when i woke up this morning my left eye was a little crusted up and it was red but as ive been up its gotten better . Does this mean that i have pink eye cause im going on vaca tomorrow so its bad timing?

not necessarily.........it could just be that something really tiny got into the eye and caused some irritation..........regardless, try warm compresses for relief......just could be cold in the eye.........that's quite common...or possibly a stye trying to come up

Yes this sounds like the symptoms of a pink eye.
