on the corner of my eye (the corner closest to my nose) theres a bump that starts on my bottom waterline and kind of continues along the bottom of my waterline

i need to know how to get rid of it ASAP i have a family dinner coming up in a couple of hours
what should i put on it? cream? ice? hot water? i can't live with it for two weeks! help =(
