Default I am far sighted (-5.00), every year it keeps going up, how can I stop this?
I like to surf on the internet about 1 and 1/2 hours a day. I would like to continue this still. Is their a solution? ( BTW. I am 13)

it keeps getting worse till you reach your artual level. i have -7.00 and -6.50 and my stoped about there when i was about 23
