Default keratoconus / cornea transplant and working with acid's?

Hi
occupational health have been to see me today and they are not happy about me going to work back in the lab even though the consultant has said ok. i would be working with neat nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and hydrogen peroxide and fine dusts... i would be wearing goggles at all times but they want to speak to my consultant again.. i know that they have to be sure and the lady was very lovely but im so frustrated ... i had my graft done last november and am now legal to drive again so thats good but i still need to have a graft done on the other eye... any advice on how i can fight my corner would be a great help please..
