Default -2.5 Myopia and suddenly I can see without my contact lenses?

Hi. I'm 24, I've used contact lenses since I was 18.
I have myopia, -2.75 Left, -2.50 Right
Last week (Jan 1st) I changed my mensual lense pairs as normal as I used to, and when I put my new rigth contact lense, my vision turns blurred. I took off the lense, and without it, I could see!!! Clear, like If I had one......Since then I only use my left lense, and I can see clear on my rigth eye.
Should I worry? Thanks.
