I have been having ocular migraines for about 6 months now and I can have them 4 times a week or 2 times a month it varies but almost every time I have one it happens to be at work. The problem I'm having is my boss is threatening to fire me over it because I had to go home 2 times because of the ocular migraines its not the headache its just I feel sick to my stomach and week and then I get a slight headache. But the question is can they fire me for this problem I'm experiencing?

You cannot be fired for a health condition. If you cannot perform the duties of your normal job, you empoyer has a legal responsibility to find another position for you that you can do. The law is on your side here. What's important is to get your doctor to do a letter about your condition. If your employer will not work with you on the issue, you should consider talking to an attorney.
