Default OCULAR MIGRAINES: Do you get them?

I do, what causes your's?
Stress of any kind; I agree; flashing lights, scary, but not to worry the doctor says.

I don't know...sometimes a blinking light like a strobe...sometimes I think stress plays a big part but I haven't been able to isolate any one cause.

Those are actually sinus migraines. Your sinus cavities extend to behind the eyes & even up in the eyebrow region. Whenever I get them they're either due to some type of sinus problems (dry, stuffed, etc) or hard-core allergies....ugh....

Yes,

quite often. It helps to apply pressure to the little "bump" of bone just above your eyelid. Also pinching your ear lobes can help. I don't see flashes and I don't know any exact trigger but stress is likely.

I get them sometimes, not as much as I used to. I haven't identified a trigger. I used to get one every day after lunch, when I first started getting them. But now I get them 2 or 3 times a year with no apparent cause.
