Default Healing light sensitivity from computers?

Working on the computer has been gradually weakening my eyes, and I recently noticed that it is specifically decreasing my sensitivity to light, such that I now see halos around street lights and just about any lights at night.
If looked into different tools to improving vision. Any recommendations for light sensitivity specifically?
Thanks.
Zev
