Tissue grown around or on inner eye cornea,eye drops would helps,blocking or fading,serious case-grown to be remove by surgical

Sorry, there is no good medical treatment for pterygium. You can prevent it by protecting your eyes from UV radiation and wind exposure. If the pterygium is large or interferes with vision, then surgery is the only option. There are, however, lots of different surgical approaches- the second reference below lists some.
