The wage seems a little low to me if you have patient contact, but then again, you're getting the benefit of professional skills that you'll be able to use (like an internship). Go to one of the online job sites and find out what wages in your region are for that sort of job.

I don't understand why you need to work for high school--is it vo-tech?
