HELP! Somewhat technical lens perscription question
I just got a new pair of glasses from my current perscription that are (I don't think it's my imagination) giving me a bit of a headache.
I have my written out script from my optician and had these glasses checked.
The sphere, cylinder and add were fine.
However the Axis figures were off:
Script / New Glasses / Diff / ANSI standard for my cylinder
OD 39 / 47 / 8 / +- 5 (cylinder is -.75)
OS 144 / 138 / 6 / +- 3 (cylinder is -1.00)
My question is, is this difference enough to give me the slight headache I think I am noticing? I can see fine with the new glasses otherwise.
Should I have these glasses remade?
