if you wear glasses please answer?

i have a friend who needs money for a pair and im trying to figure out how much i shoudl send..do you just pay for the frames and the prescription is included? i just see frame prices and no lense prices. where do you think i could get a pair for a very low cost adn how much do u think that will be?
please do not include exam price he just lost his glasses and doesnt need another exam
