Default i have 20 20 vision, but i wear 1.0 glasses, will that affect my vision?

I have 20 20 vision, but i like wearing glasses. Will that hurt my vision and make me really need glasses?

No.... im 20-20 too and i use 1.0 glasses to read... it wont harm u!

1.0 glasses provide no vision correction - you are looking through clear glass. Looking through clear glass won't affect your vision.
