No. There is absolutely no evidence that this is so. We have tended as an American society to equate eyeglasses with "smart"--for example, you often see an owl with great big glasses as an example of a college professor or other wise person.Don't know where this perception originated, although I am sure that it started out many years ago.

No way man I wear classes and I'm no way near the top of my class. But I think people how wear class read directions better than people who don't wear classes and need them. This might be why some people might think that people with classes than people with out classes

No. People with glasses just have poorer eyesight. Some people think that people with glasses are more educated because they believe that people who wear glasses read a lot, equating that with knowing a lot. Most of the time, reading is what caused them to wear glasses in the first place.
