Well, your eyes change accouring to your heredity and health, not by influence of your glasses so much. If your glasses hurt you , you need to go back to where you got them and have them adjusted to fit you correctly, it can be done! (I do it 8 hours a day!) Then ask them how much your eyes changed from last time you were examined and kind of keep track of if you have a lot of change or if it is slowing down. Our bodies can change into our twenties due to developement, then after they get stable you can change more just becuase it would be time for change. Mine changed radically for years until I was about 22, then I was pretty stable until 25 when I had my daughter, then they changed a bit due to hormonal changes. Then, they stayed stable for many years, over 10. I am in my 40's and theyhave changed both in distance and near every year for 3 years. This is normal for my age. So, it never really stops! Even if you have lasik, your eyes will chiange if they were supposed to at that given time.
