I recently got new glasses that I can't wear, I got my script at J.C Penny and
glasses at Lens Crafter? It turns out the doctor wrote the wrong script and Lens Crafters told me to try to get use to what the doctor prescibed me. The glasses that weren't even the correct vision for mine, which was the doctor at j.c penny's fault. As of right now my vision hasn't changed in 4 years, says the j.c penny doctor after I visited her a 2nd time after my new glasses had come in. The reason for going for my eye exam was b/c I thought my vision had changed. I'm upset that the doctor didn't notice at first that my vision hadn't change but wrote me a script, saying it did change. I really wanted new glasses but not anymore if my vision might change in another 2 years, and after I wasted my money this time on new frames and lenses. I feel like my vision has change but the right script hasn't been giving to me. WHAT DO I DO?
Do you think I would have to pay extra if I went to another j. c. penny location that has a doctor?
