Default How to I remove tint from plastic and polycarbonate eyeglasses?

I have 2 pair of eyeglasses that are almost new. I broke my glasses - split the frames in half yesterday. Can I remove tint from my bifocal polycarb glasses? How about my plastic pair?

It would help me a lot.

Thanks,
Daya
