...have glasses that I wear and? it's a good prescription. I don't HAVE to wear them but it helps so I do. My right eye gets so strained and both of them burn like crazy after only a few minutes. I've tried everything I can think of to remedy this problem. I use drops, wear my glasses, don't wear my glasses, look away periodically.....yada, yada, yada. Any suggestions are appreciated.

If your eyes are burning badly when using the computer, it probably due to dry eyes. Make sure that you blink enough and take more breaks. If these don't help, you may want to go to your eye doctor to see if they recommend punctal plugs, restasis, or etc if severe enough. Is it just when you use the computer?

Are those glasses you are wearing when you are on the computer just a general purpose prescription or are they ones that are specifically prescribed for use with a computer? You might need to get a pair that is optimized for computer use if you are going to do a lot of it.

If the prescription is OK then follow that dry eye advice and try not to stay so long at the computer as others have suggested.

make your brightness of your computerr less
